Privacy policy

Last updated 19 September 2026

This is a small tuning shop, not a data company. This page explains plainly what happens to information you send through this website.

What you send us

If you fill in the contact form, we receive the name, phone number, email address and vehicle details you typed in. We use that to answer you about your build and nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the shop.

If you call, text or email instead, we keep whatever is in that conversation for as long as it is useful to do the work.

Analytics

We run anonymous, cookieless analytics through our hosting provider so we can see which pages people find useful and whether the site is fast enough. It does not identify you and it does not follow you to other websites.

If you choose "Allow" on the cookie notice, we may also use tools that help us understand how the site is used, such as which sections people read and where they lose interest. Choose "Essential only" and none of those load at all. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or trade your information.
• We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
• We do not collect payment details through this website.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text (423) 440-4398 or email AmericanoutlawPT13@gmail.com and we will sort it out. There is no form to fill in and no fee.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging work on a vehicle. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
